Registration packages will cover meeting materials including detailed program and abstracts on a flash drive, morning and afternoon refreshments and one entry token (1 person) to the Icebreaker Party.

Please note that the  payment has to be made in Euros. Your registration and abstract submissions without payment of the registration fee wiil not  be considered.

Abstracts will only be included in the conference proceedings, if one of the authors is registered for the meeting.

Registration should be made online via the website. Follow the instructions given therein in the registration and submission workflows.

Payment can be by debit/credit card (and should be made to the PayPal account)

Payment on-site: Participants can pay the higher, “late registration” fee at the registration desk by cash (in Euros) or by credit card.

Letter of invitation

Upon request, the organizers may send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas to attend the congress. The invitation letters shall not be considered as an offer of financial support from the organizers. Please fill the required form present in the registration web page.

Personal insurance and visas

Personal insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Italy is a signatory  to the Schengen Convention since 1997, and the participants coming directly from the Schengen states thus do not need visa for entering the country. All other nationals may enter Italy if they posses  a valid travel document (passport) and a visa (if required). More information about entering Italy can be obtained from the Italian  Embassy/Consulate in your own country.

Language of the Meeting

English will be the official language of the meeting and no translation facilities will be provided. Italian is the official language of Italy and visitors may encounter some communication barriers, although most of the service people in Perugia can speak English.

Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your participation, refund will be given as follows:

  • cancellations received up to and including November 30th 2015 – 80% will be refunded; (*)
  • cancellations received between December 1st 2015 and March 31st 2016 – 60% will be refunded; (*)
  • after April 1st 2016 no refund will be made.

Please note, in the event of cancellation at any stage, we are unable to refund bank transfer admission fees (applicable to Bank Transfer payments only).

(*) Delegates requiring visas in order to attend the congress will receive a full refund up to 31st March 2016, in the event that a visa is refused or not granted in time.


The organizers of the ICPSG make all attempts to provide the necessary services and a smooth conduction of the congress, but accept no responsibility for any possible disturbances that are beyond the reach of the organizers, such as personal insurance, natural disaster (e.g., flood, fire, etc.), state of emergency, riots, citizen strikes, war, communication accidents, changes of currency exchange rates and similar.
